Rob holds a Ph.D. in speech communication from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Drake University. As a practicing attorney in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and employment law, Rob has real-world experience in both Federal and Iowa courtrooms. He sees everyday and firsthand what the needs of attorneys really are and the obstacles they face. He's been a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants since 1992. In 1998 he was appointed to the Professional Standards Committee and in 1999, he was a candidate for the Board of Directors of the ASTC.
