About Rob

Rob Tucker, Ph.D., J.D., graduated magna cum laude in speech communication from Gonzaga University. He continued his education by earning a Master of Arts degree in speech from the University of Oregon, a Ph.D. in speech communication from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University. Prior to opening Tucker Law Office and Rob Tucker Consulting in 1994, Rob was an assistant professor of speech communication at Iowa State University and director of its forensics program where he specialized in persuasive techniques for business and organizational communication. He currently serves as both a trial consultant and an attorney.
