Rob Tucker presently holds a Ph.D. in Speech Communication from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona since 1984. In addition, he received a J.D. from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa in 1991. As a practicing attorney in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Employment law, he has real-world experience in both Federal and Iowa courtrooms. He sees everyday and first-hand what the needs of attorneys really are and what obstacles they face.
